February 12, 2024 first day of registration, as announced by the COMELEC. The registration will end on September 30,2024. Operating hours are from 8 A.M to 5 P.M., Monday through Saturday.
Those who are atleast 18 years old by the National and Local Elections in 2025 are eligible to register at various locations.
